		<description>Not a bad idea -- except the site the executed it isn't exactly ready for prime time.  They need some more "buy in", with examples to get more people in on the concept.

Devils advocate here:  This site is most likely for freelancers and not agencies -- I can only imagine if clients caught wind that their rejects were posted for purchase somewhere else.  All the time invested only for a design to go to someone else for a fraction of the price.

None the less, a clever idea.  Personally, its a "debbie downer" when the design you really like is overlooked by a client.  It goes to the design graveyard never to be seen again.  This orphanage gives designs a second chance at life ;)</description>
